Our core business is in recruitment, talent attraction and career management for the travel industry. However we believe that Buzz is best suited to provide the New Zealand travel industry with a totally unbiased annual salary and benefits report at the same time keeping all participants completely anonymous.
We constantly get calls for the latest salary information from the industry, and we hope this report will become an important resource tool and a benchmark for travel professionals in evaluating key position salaries in New Zealand.

Why conduct this survey?
The last known comprehensive travel salary survey for New Zealand was released back in 2006.
After four years, market conditions and compensation packages have changed significantly, making accurate and up-to-date HR management information highly necessary.
This salary survey is a market-driven initiative, based on real-time demand from travel opertors in New Zealand.
Confidentiality
Upholding every operators & brands confidentiality and integrity is an integral part of the process for us and is synonyms with Buzz’s name in the market place.
No individual company names or groups are disclosed and final details will be summarised into a mean minimum and mean maximum category for each position and location.

PRICING
Pricing is still to be decided for the salary survey, it will be based on initial participation numbers.
It is likely to be between $300 - $495 per travel shop for participants, which will include two hiring intention surveys throughout the year and a voucher to use with Buzz Travel Recruitment.
Pricing will be reviewed after each year's survey based on demand and feedback.
